4. DELIVERY
We will select the common carrier in Australia for the quality assurances and service expectations. Delivery of product date will depend on the reasonable means of the carrier and the distance of the drop-off location. In certain cases, additional time may be needed for holidays and weekends. We will make every attempt to keep you informed prior to making a purchase if additional time is needed.
5. PICKUP OF GOODS IN-STORE
Goods can be picked up from the Good Gadgets retail/warehouse rather than being dispatched to you. Where you wish to do this you will need to nominate this option when you place your order.
When picking up goods in-store:
– You (or the relevant person who you nominate to pick up the goods on your behalf) must provide photo identification (current driver’s license, passport) to staff to verify that the person collecting the goods is either the purchaser or the person nominated by the purchaser to pick-up the Goods. If requested, you (or the relevant person who you nominate to pick up the goods on your behalf) must allow our staff to take a copy of this identification for fraud prevention purposes. The copy will not be used by Good Gadgets for any other purpose or disclosed to any person outside of Good Gadgets;
– You (or the relevant person who you nominate to pick up the goods on your behalf) will also need to bring the email or SMS that Good Gadgets has sent to you confirming that the stock is available for pick-up.
6. PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
In some cases, due to sales volumes, an item may be out of stock. We will provide you with timely notification of any out-of-stock item and advise of alternate stock options available or process a refund should this be your preference.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
