REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Renewed & Refurbished Change of Mind Return

We want you to love your device so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear about it.

Refurbished Devices come with a 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If at any time within the first 14 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your device please contact us by e-mail, we will provide information about how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an exchange or refund.

Please Note:

– The return is for change of mind postage is paid by you.

– The device must be in the exact condition it was purchased in and returned with any supplied box or accessories.

– We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.

– We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked. If your device is account locked, you will receive a notification from us to remove the lock. The device will be returned if still locked after 5 business days.

– Please ensure your device is factory reset and powered off prior to shipment

– IMEI will be validated against the IMEI shipped. Returns will not be accepted on mismatched IMEIs.

 

Renewed & Refurbished Faulty Goods(Under Warranty) Return

Before sending any units back, you must contact us by e-mail to log a return/warranty claim then you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RA number) from us. In the e-mail, you must provide us with the following information:

– The faulty item and Invoice number

– Faulty item’s serial number(if capable),

– As much information as possible about the fault/problem.

The RA Number is valid for 14 days from the date of issue, at which time the faulty goods need to be received by our warehouse. If the faulty goods may not be returned within 14 days please advise us as soon as possible so that we can contact and advise the receiving warehouse to take steps to ensure the goods are not rejected at delivery. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an exchange or refund.

Please Note:

– The RA Number MUST be clearly displayed on the return package. Any goods returned without an RA Number will be not accepted and shipped back to you at your expense.

– Depending on the item we require that it is returned with all original accessories (i.e. Power supply, cables, adapters, etc) to enable the faulty goods to be properly tested for the specified fault. The warehouse reserve the right to reject incomplete or poorly packaged items where poor packaging may have resulted in damage to the item.

– If a product is sold in a bundle with another product only the faulty product will be replaced or refunded with the non-faulty products valued at the individual product price as at the time of the purchase.

 

Renewed & Refurbished Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Products Return

We will check the device before shipping it to you. In some rare circumstances that you experienced the item is Dead-on-Arrival (DOA). You can contact us for a Return Authorization (RA number) claim procedure outlined above in order for us to process your claim. Once you contact us, we will first try to remedy the situation. In many cases, a simple solution will solve the problem. If we determine that warranty service is required, we will provide the RA number and facilitate an exchange or refund.

Please note:

– DOA claims must be lodged within 7 days of receiving the stock.

 

Data Loss

It’s important to back up and store your personal data. Good Gadgets does not accept any responsibility for any data loss caused by the products purchased from us.
